David Sybert, M.D. currently serves as Medical Director of Linebacker, Inc. Dr. Sybert is the founder of the company and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Linebacker, Inc., Midwest Physicians Anesthesia Services Inc. (MPAS), Professional Liability by Physicians for Physicians, Inc. and is a principal in Tradewins Capital Management, LLC.

David graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University in 1986. He is a 1990 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Medicine. After completing a residency in Anesthesiology at Yale University, David joined MPAS in Columbus, Ohio. He has also served as MPAS president and is currently Chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology at Riverside Methodist Hospital.

As Chief Executive Officer, Jack brings over 25 years of general management and commercial operations experience to Linebacker, Inc., including nearly 20 years at Roche Diagnostics.

While at Roche, Jack held various sales, marketing, and management positions including VP of Corporate Accounts for the U.S., as well as heading up the Hospital, Laboratory and Research businesses in Montreal, Canada. Jack also has served as the Senior Vice President at Boston Medical Technologies where he was responsible for the U.S. market introduction of a new and innovative technology, designed to assess the condition of the autonomic nervous system in patients with diabetes. Most recently, Jack has been involved in several early stage medical device companies, serving as CEO of DIRAmed LLC and VP of Sales and Marketing at Cylex.

Parker MacDonell is a seasoned financial services and business executive with an interest in helping others succeed in business. He helps business owners with capital formation, succession planning, goal setting and value creation. By encouraging his clients to begin with the end in mind, he helps them plan for success.

Parker’s financial services career has combined commercial banking, angel investing and startup business ventures. At Bank One, he led teams of retail, commercial and community bankers to serve their clients. At CFBank, he successfully launched the entry of the company into the Columbus market and built a base of satisfied clients. As a member of the Executive Committee of, and investor in the Ohio TechAngel Funds, Parker assists entrepreneurs with the growth of emerging businesses. He co-founded Six String Concerts, a non-profit presenter of singer/songwriter concerts in Columbus. He also co-founded Writer Zone Music, a Nashville-based music publishing company created to give songwriters greater control over their song copyrights. Parker has served on the boards of three for-profit companies, one of which had a successful liquidity event. He has also served the communities in which he’s lived and worked on the boards of over 20 not-for-profit organizations in the arts, workforce development, healthcare and other fields. Parker currently serves on the Board of Directors of Linebacker, Inc.

Parker holds an undergraduate degree in music from Dartmouth College and a master’s degree in public and private management from the Yale School of Management. As Vice President of Sales for Linebacker, Inc., Tom is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with all of Linebacker’s distribution partners. This includes distribution partners who serve the acute care, alternate and long-term care, first responders, and the Federal Government, including the Military. Tom has extensive experience in medical technologies sales and distribution. He founded MediQuest, Inc. in 1987 to assist hospitals in gaining access to innovative new medical products to improve patient care. Over the past 23 years he has brought numerous medical device and medical equipment products to market.

Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Oakland University and a master’s degree in health economics from Eastern Michigan University. He has served on the Board of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, including a term as Secretary/Treasurer, has been a candidate for the United States House of Representatives, and the Secretary of the Michigan High-Tech CEO Alliance, an organization dedicated to networking, lobbying and addressing key issues affecting the life science industry and its leadership.

Stephanie Dannemann handles many of the day-to-day business needs and operations as Business Manager for Linebacker, Inc.

After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice from Roanoke College, Stephanie continued on to The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While at OSU, she was recognized as a Public Interest Fellow with Dean's Special Recognition and received a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Stephanie joined Advocates for Basic Legal Equality (ABLE) in 2004 as an Equal Justice Works AmeriCorps Attorney where she worked with ABLE, Legal Aid of Western Ohio (LAWO), and the Volunteer Lawyers Project of Greater Dayton to help promote the awareness of pro bono work and to recruit and provide support to attorneys who handle pro bono work. Hired on as Director of Private Attorney & Law Student Involvement by LAWO in 2006, she continued to advance their mission of providing quality legal services to all individuals. Stephanie continues to give back to the community through her position on the board of directors for MCS T.O.U.C.H.

Amy Vick, Director of Communications for Linebacker, handles marketing and public relations for the company. Amy has more than 15 years’ experience in the communications and marketing fields, specializing in creating and managing brand identities, media relations, and the development of strategic marketing materials.

A 1995 graduate of Ohio University’s Scripps School of Journalism, Amy began her PR work in Chicago before moving to Kodiak, Alaska to write for The Kodiak Daily Mail. Before starting Redbird Communications in 2002, Amy spent six years in the Victoria’s Secret public relations department, where she was part of a team responsible for handling special events, media relations, and national launches for the lingerie giant.

A 1983 graduate of The Ohio State University, Mr. Sybert earned a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in 1986. From 1987 through 2003, he was a full partner in the Columbus law firm of Decker, Vonau, Sybert, Lackey and Viets, Co., LPA, where he focused his practice in general civil litigation. In 2004, he founded the law firm of Scherner and Sybert, LLC in Powell, Ohio, where he continues his litigation practice today.

Dr. Sybert is an Orthopaedic Spinal Reconstructive Surgeon and partner in OrthoNeuro in Columbus, Ohio. His interest in Spinal biomechanics has led to the development of patented devices in the Spine implant area. He serves administratively and educationally as Resident and Spinal Fellowship Director. His leadership and business development skills have assisted in the SpineMed OrthoNeuro service line creation, the founding of the New Albany Surgical Hospital, and Stratesphere LLC International business concerns worldwide.

Mr. Troup served as President of the Nuclear Pharmacy Services business at Cardinal Health, a multinational medical products and services company, from January 2003 until his retirement in December 2007. Mr. Troup joined Cardinal Health in 1990 and was appointed Group President of Pharmaceutical Distribution and Specialty Distribution Services in 1999. In addition to Linebacker, Inc., Mr. Troup serves on the boards of directors of Neoprobe, Inc. and Scioto Properties, LLC.
